About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by STRACTA (“STRACTA”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
These terms cover the public website only. Use of the STRACTA application by customers is governed by separate agreements.
What this website is for
The website gives information about STRACTA, publishes guides for contractors, and lets you request a demo or contact us. Nothing on the website creates a contract to supply STRACTA.
Product information
We describe STRACTA as accurately as we can, but features change over time, and each client's version of STRACTA is shaped to its own workflow. The terms of any subscription or service are set out in a written agreement, not on this website.
Examples and illustrations
Product screens and examples on this website are illustrations. The projects, people, equipment, trucks, clients and suppliers they show were created to explain how STRACTA works, and any resemblance to a real business or person is unintended. Figures in examples are illustrations, not results or benchmarks.
Articles and guides
Our articles and guides are general information for construction professionals. They are not engineering, legal, safety or other professional advice.
Specifications, regulations, permits and work practices vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You remain responsible for the safety and compliance of your own work and for checking the rules that apply to it.

When you use this website, please don't:

- try to get around the website's security, or access systems or data you are not authorized to use;
- interfere with the website, for example with automated traffic that disrupts it;

- copy the website's content for commercial use without our permission.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it as described on our Security and privacy page.

You may view, print and share pages from this website for your own information or for internal discussion at your company, as long as you keep any notices on them. Any other use needs our written permission.

When you send us information through a form, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

The website may link to other websites, such as public specifications or government pages cited in our guides. We don't control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Canada in which STRACTA has its principal place of business, and by the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
