STRACTA for drivers and field crews
Drivers, operators and labourers need a clear answer to one question: where am I working today? STRACTA shows each person their own published assignment in My Day, an in-app notification when the office publishes a change that affects them, and a way to report a problem.

Access depends on your company's setup
Drivers and field crew members typically see their own published assignments in My Day rather than the whole company's board. What each person can see is set by the role and permissions your administrators give them.

Dev R. opens My Day: Ridgeline Road, on site 7:00 AM, tandem dump TD-04, Granular A from Sta. 0+350 to 0+780.
He acknowledges the assignment.
In the Ridgeline Road channel, foreman Frank O. confirms that three trucks will keep up with the grader after BT-08 moves to Harborview.
The dispatcher schedules tomorrow's move MV-0616-01 with Dev as the driver: tractor TR-02 and lowbed float FL-01, carrying paver PV-02.
Dev picks up PV-02 at Talbridge Logistics Centre, gate 2, for Bellwether Pointe, where it must be available by 6:30 AM Wednesday.

What will I see on my phone?
Your own published assignment in My Day: where you are working, when to be there and the truck or machine you are on. What each person can see depends on the role and permissions your company sets.
What if my truck breaks down?
Report it from your phone. It reaches the office as an attention item, and when the dispatcher publishes the change, you get an in-app notification and My Day shows the update.
How will I know when my assignment changes?
When the office publishes a change that affects you, you get an in-app notification in STRACTA, and My Day shows the update.
How do I get access?
Your company's administrator invites you and sets your access in Team and Access. Ask your office how your company signs field users in.
