Daily Dispatch
Plan the day's crews, machines and trucks on one board, then publish it.
Run the field
The day's assignment on the foreman's phone: review it, acknowledge it, report back. My Day is the field side of the published dispatch. Foremen and crews see their own assignment on a phone, acknowledge it and report issues from the jobsite. When the plan changes, the update shows in My Day with an in-app notification.
Problems solved
The foreman gets the day read out over the phone, jots it down and passes it on. Details get lost on the way.
The plan goes out and nobody says they've read it. The first sign of a problem is a crew at the wrong gate.
A truck goes down and the foreman calls the office, then the broker, then the office again. Nothing gets written down.
