Security and privacy
Each person sees what their role allows.
How access works in STRACTA, how this website handles your information, and how to report a security concern.
Access in STRACTA
Access is set by your company.
STRACTA uses role-based access. Your administrators decide who joins, which role each person has and what that role can do.
- Step 1
An administrator invites
Your company's administrators decide who gets access and send each person an invitation.
- Step 2
The person joins
They join through the invitation and sign in. Access is set by your company, not by the person using it.
- Step 3
A role applies
Each user has a role. Administrators manage the permissions that come with it.
- Step 4
They see what the role allows
What each person can see and do follows their role. On a foreman's phone, that means the day's work.
Custom roles, where supported
Where supported, administrators can set up custom roles and configure permissions to match how your company works. Ask in your demo which options fit your team, or read about Team and Access.
AI requests create ordinary records
When someone tells STRACTA what they need, it creates the same kind of record your team would: an assignment, a booking, a move or a task. It appears on the board like any other record, ready to review and publish. How the AI works.
