Daily Production

Quantities, hours and photos recorded from the jobsite, on the day the work happens. Foremen record the day's production from a phone: the quantity placed, the hours and a photo. The entry shows on the project, so the project manager sees progress against the baseline the same afternoon instead of the next morning.

Marco D.'s daily production report for Harborview Corridor records 140 tonnes of HL3 placed so far, 18.0 hours and a photo of the finished mat.

Problems solved

Where the day breaks down.

  1. Tonnes arrive the next morning

The production sheet comes back with the truck, and the office learns yesterday's numbers today.

  2. A number with no proof

A tonnage figure with no hours and no photo leaves the project manager guessing at what was actually done.

  3. Reports written from memory

At the end of a long shift, the foreman reconstructs the day on paper. The details are the first thing to go.

What it does

What Daily Production does.

In plain terms. Your version of STRACTA is shaped around how your team works, so bring your own workflow to the demo.

  • Record from the Report tab

Foremen record production on a phone from the Report tab, on the jobsite.

  • Quantities

Record the quantity placed for the activity, such as tonnes of HL3 on a 40 mm surface lift.

  • Hours

Record hours with the entry, as part of the production record for that work.

  • Photos

Attach a photo, so the office sees the work that was done, not just a number.

  • On the project

Each entry shows on the project, with progress against the production baseline.

  3. Helen A., project manager

Sees the entry on Harborview Corridor: 1,600 t of 2,880 t placed, against 1,780 t on the baseline through today.
