Support
Help for STRACTA customers.
Already using STRACTA? Here is how to sign in, who to ask about access, and how to reach our support team.
Signing in to STRACTA.
Customers use the sign-in link their company administrator provided. Office teams sign in on a computer; field users sign in on their phones.
- Step 1
Use your company's sign-in link
Sign in through the STRACTA link your company administrator provided, with the account they invited you to. On a phone, save the link as a bookmark so it is ready at the start of the day.
- Step 2
Need a link or access? Ask your administrator
Administrators invite users and manage roles and permissions. If you can't sign in, or a project or screen you expect is missing, your administrator can check your invitation and your role.
- Step 3
Contact STRACTA support
If your administrator can't resolve it, use the contact form and choose Support. Tell us your company name and what you see when you try to sign in.
Keep your password to yourself
Never send your password in a message, a screenshot or the contact form, including to us. If you think someone else knows it, tell your administrator.
Who to ask
Your administrator first, then us.
Your company administrator
Administrators manage your company's STRACTA users, invitations, roles and permissions. Ask them about:
- An invitation for a new person on the team
- A role or permission change
- Access to a project, crew or screen you expect to see
STRACTA support
Contact us through the contact form and choose Support. Ask us about:
- Something not working the way you expect
- An error message on a computer or a phone
- How a feature works, such as publishing an update or recording production
Or email team@bizmyze.com.
Before you write
What helps us help you.
A few details save a round of back-and-forth.
- Your name, your company, and your role in STRACTA, for example dispatcher or foreman.
- What you were doing, such as publishing the day's dispatch or submitting a production report.
- Whether you were on a computer or a phone, and which browser you used.
- When it happened, and the project or date involved.
- A screenshot, if you can take one. Leave out passwords and anything you wouldn't share by email.
