STRACTA for foremen and supervisors
Foremen run the work and are the link between the plan and the ground. In STRACTA you see your crew's published assignment in My Day, acknowledge it, report field issues and record production at the end of the shift, all from a simplified phone interface.

Report back
Report a truck or machine down or a site problem from My Day, and record the day's quantities, hours and photos in Report.
Chat and Tasks
Talk in your project and crew channels, and see the tasks assigned to you with their deadlines.

When the office publishes an update that affects you, you get an in-app notification and My Day shows the change.

Access depends on your company's setup
Foremen typically use the simplified phone interface and see their own crew's published assignments rather than the whole company's board. Draft plans stay in the office until they are published.

A day in STRACTA
One day, hour by hour.
This role's part of one Tuesday at a paving contractor, from the first publish to the record of the day.
Marco D. opens My Day: Harborview Corridor, on site 7:00 AM, first load 9:30 AM, 320 t of HL3 planned from Sta. 1+200 to 1+690.
He acknowledges the assignment before leaving for site.
BT-02's hoist hose fails at the paver and the box won't raise. Marco reports the truck down from his phone.
An in-app notification arrives: revision 2 is published, and BT-08 is coming over from Ridgeline Road.
Task T-118 is due: adjust three maintenance hole frames at Sta. 1+350 before the paver reaches them.
Marco records 140 t of HL3 placed so far, 18.0 hours and a photo of the finished mat at Sta. 1+600.

What do I see on my phone?
The simplified field interface with five tabs: My Day, Report, Chat, Tasks and More. My Day shows your crew's published assignment, including the start time, location, crew, equipment and trucks.
What if the plan changes during the day?
When the office publishes an update that affects you, you get an in-app notification and My Day shows the updated assignment.
What goes into a daily production report?
The day's quantities, hours and photos for your work. Field issues, such as a truck or machine down, are reported separately and reach the office as attention items.
Can I message the office from my phone?
Yes. The Chat tab has channels for the company, each project and each crew, so you can reach the dispatcher and your crew in the same place.
