Who it's for

Every role sees its part of the day.

The dispatcher builds the plan, the foreman runs it and the owner sees all of it. Office roles work in the full STRACTA workspace on a computer; field roles use a simplified phone interface.

In the office

Plan it, publish it, review it.

Office roles work on a computer, in the full workspace: the dispatch board, projects, the overview and the record of every day.

In the field

See it, do it, report back.

Field roles use a simplified phone interface with five tabs: My Day, Report, Chat, Tasks and More. Each person sees their own published assignment.

Role-based access

Your company decides who sees what.

How access works

The experience in STRACTA differs by role and permission. Administrators manage users, invitations and permissions in Team and Access, with role-based access and, where supported, custom roles and permission configuration.

Field users typically see their own published assignments rather than the whole company's board. Draft plans stay in the office until they are published.

The role pages describe a typical setup. Your version of STRACTA is shaped to your own roles, and your company sets exactly what each account can see and change.

Team and access lists users with their roles, including the custom Lead hand role and its permissions, plus a pending invitation.

Give every role the same plan.
