Daily Dispatch
Plan the day's crews, machines and trucks on one board, then publish it.
Plan the day
Book hired trucks for the day, put them on the job and swap one when it goes down. Most paving days depend on trucks you don't own. Broker Trucks records the brokers, their trucks and each day's bookings, and puts every booked truck on a project card in the dispatch. When a truck goes down, swap it and publish an update.
Problems solved
Which broker sent which truck, and for which job, is spread across a call log and a notebook.
A loaded truck can't dump, the paver stops and the next truck is still at the plant. Finding a replacement starts a round of phone calls.
A truck is sent to another job, but the plan still shows it on the first one. Hours get charged to the wrong job.
What it does
In plain terms. Your version of STRACTA is shaped around how your team works, so bring your own workflow to the demo.
Keep the brokers you work with and the trucks they supply, by unit number.
Record each day's bookings, so you know how many hired trucks are coming and from whom.
Say it out loud or type it in a sentence. STRACTA creates the truck booking for you, filled in and ready to review.

Booked on the dispatch
Put each booked truck on a project card in the broker trucks section, next to the crew and the equipment.
Take a truck off one project, add another and publish an update. The affected users get an in-app notification.
Workflow
Broker Trucks on one working day, step by step.
Publishes the dispatch with 10 broker trucks from three brokers. CB-12, CB-17 and CB-21 from Corrigan Bay Trucking report to Halden Road plant for Harborview Corridor.
Reports BT-02, Corrigan Bay CB-17, down at the paver. Its hoist hose failed and the load can't be placed.
Removes BT-02 and moves BT-08 from Ridgeline Road, where three trucks can keep up with the grader. She publishes revision 2.
Phones the broker about the change. Marco D. and Frank O. get an in-app notification.
Who uses it
What each person sees follows their role and the permissions your company sets.
FAQ
Publish the update, and the affected users get an in-app notification and see the change in My Day. In the example, the dispatcher also phones the broker about the swap.
The broker, the truck by unit number, the project and where and when it reports, such as a plant at 8:20 AM. The record of which trucks were booked and where they worked stays with the day.
Yes. A project card shows company equipment and fleet in one section and broker trucks in another, so the full truck count for the job is in one place.
