Plan the day

Company Fleet

Your own trucks, each with a status, on the same plan as everything else. Company Fleet holds the trucks and vehicles you own, from tack trucks to float tractors, each with a status. Assign them to projects on the daily dispatch or to an equipment move. Hired trucks are handled separately in Broker Trucks.

The company fleet lists the company's trucks and vehicles with their type, today's assignment and status: in service, at the yard or out of service.

Problems solved

Where the day breaks down.

  1. A truck in the shop gets dispatched

The tandem was down yesterday, but it's still on tomorrow's plan. The crew finds out at the yard.

  2. Owned and hired trucks blur together

With company trucks and broker trucks on different sheets, nobody has the full truck count for a job.

  3. The float tractor gets promised twice

The tractor that pulls the float is wanted for a move and a haul on the same evening, and both plans assume they have it.

What it does

What Company Fleet does.

In plain terms. Your version of STRACTA is shaped around how your team works, so bring your own workflow to the demo.

  • One list of company vehicles

Tack trucks, dump trucks, float tractors and the rest of your vehicles, each by unit number.

  • A status on every unit

Keep each unit's status current, so the dispatcher can see which trucks are ready before planning them.

  • Trucks on the dispatch

Put company trucks on a project card in the equipment and fleet section, next to the machines they work with.

  • Tractors on equipment moves

Choose the truck for an equipment move, together with the machine, the trailer and the driver.
