Equipment Moves
Machine, truck, float, driver and the time it must be ready at the next job.
Plan the day
Know which machines can run tomorrow and which job each one is on. Equipment keeps every machine by unit number, with its operational availability. The dispatcher assigns machines to projects on the daily board and plans a move when a machine changes jobs. Operations sees how many pieces are on jobs.
Problems solved
The yard sheet says one thing and the foreman says another. The dispatcher spends the afternoon on the phone.
A roller is down for repairs, but nobody took it off the plan. The crew finds out when they need it.
The paver finishes one job in the evening and has to start another at 7:00 AM. Somebody has to plan the gap.
What it does
In plain terms. Your version of STRACTA is shaped around how your team works, so bring your own workflow to the demo.
Pavers, rollers, skid steers, excavators, graders and loaders in one list, by unit number and type.
Mark whether each machine is available to work, so the plan is built around equipment that can actually run.
Assign machines to a project card for the day. The board and the foreman's My Day show the same units.
When a machine has to change jobs, schedule an equipment move with its truck, trailer, driver and destination availability time.
Workflow
Equipment on one working day, step by step.
Publishes the dispatch with paver PV-03, rollers RL-11 and RL-14 and skid steer SS-05 on Harborview Corridor.
Sees the same four units, plus tack truck TK-01, in My Day.
Checks the overview: 12 pieces of equipment on jobs across 4 projects.
Schedules paver PV-02 to move from Talbridge to Bellwether Pointe, available there Wednesday at 6:30 AM.
Who uses it
What each person sees follows their role and the permissions your company sets.
FAQ
